Anyone who is receiving a postcard from me now MUST appreciate it. I searched for the post office for maybe 2 hours around the same block, walking back and forth in front of tables of people, looking like a jackass.
I found the post office. It had been conveniently combined with a floral shop. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could buy nine stamps. For nine postcards. She found this worthy of some snide comment, which I was able to decipher because the word for NINE in German is close enough to what it is in English. As I was placing the stamps on the cards, she was really aggressively clipping the flowers. She was…killing them. I needed to get out of there ASAP, because I didn’t want to make headlines in the states as being the first traveler to die via gardening shears.
I finished, held out the stack of cards, and let her stare at them blankly for a good 10 seconds. She took them, and kind of tossed them into a box. If they don’t arrive, it’s because she is using them to give papercuts to animals.
I did nothing of note today, otherwise. Here is an Onward and Upward exclusive photograph that you won’t find anywhere else. This is what I looked like before I cut off all of my hair, for you newcomers to this joyous wonderland.

Just a reminder, here is now:
GOOD EVENING!

NSFW-bare, pale forearm and bicep.
Joke that I suppressed from Twitter today: Would it count as a date if I were to somehow visit Amanda Knox in prison? Don’t want her to get the wrong idea. Just looking for a place to use my nun outfit and a piece of that biopic money.
